About Workshop Facilitator:
Bruce J Williamson has an extensive knowledge in Contract Management and Service Level Agreement. Currently, he is the owner of Tekno Training, Brisbane, Australia helping organizations in improving their business performance particularly to Contract Management and Service Level Agreement. He had worked on required extensive research and national & international contractual negotiations, in which he was successfully acquiring territorial operational licenses for both product ranges.
Bruce had also successfully negotiated contracts in the order of $3.5M with very beneficial payment terms for his own established company within the mining services. He was contracted as a business consultant with an underperforming company operation and managed to secure a major share holding. In May 2011, he had secured funding of $1M to fund the turnaround and expansion. Besides that, he had obtained exclusive territorial rights to new technology introducing Nano Technology Inks and Ultra Violet Light Emitting Diodes’. Impressively, he had negotiated international and national contracts with attractive payment terms for this company.
Prior to establish Tekno Training, Bruce was the General Manager for Computer Service Centre in Asia Pacific Region for Collins Data System. He accomplished to redefine the performance standards and job functions for all operators, establishing key measurements for process times and inventory requirements and establishing lean manufacturing practices. These knowledge and experiences have given him a clear view on Service Level Agreement which he will share them in this workshop.
